Berry shades card

Good afternoon friends, it seems Summer has put in an appearance again today. Hope it's nice wherever you live ;) 

I have another 'Less is More' card to share with you. It's a colour theme this  time and......

Berry Shades


I came up with this design quite quickly ......don't you love it when that happens.  Hope you approve ,anyway  come and  have a closer look.

ps. Bit nervous making this card as I realised I was wearing white trousers yet again ! Arggh will I ever learn.....anyway they are still nice and white luckily ;)     I made a new blog header for August, you may have noticed. I made several ,mostly very similar, but just couldn't make my mind  up which I preferred.   So I will change them every week just  for this month ;)

Congrats card

Good morning friends, another scorcher of a day here again. 26c but feeling much hotter!!!       Not sure I like it this hot.... it's said 37c in our  back sun lounge for several days lately.  Daren't even look what it says in the  front one as it's  smaller.        I certainly boiled taking this photo there today, and did it very quickly lol.  We shouldn't complain though.......at least  Summer has arrived ;)


Right onto this week's 'Less is More' card. It's a colour theme this week and....       RED, WHITE and BLUE


This is what I came up with, I found it a strange combination but hey ho. I seem to be stencilling a lot more lately too!

I will be cuddling our new granddaughter yet again...and taking more photo's of course.        I think Amelia already thinks my camera is  just an extension of my  face....oh my! Candy canes card

Hi everyone, today I have another DT card to show you,  made  for 'Beccy's Place' again with the digi image  'Candy canes'. Another lovely Christmas digi, I used  Beccy's coloured version this time. You  also get a black & white version too btw. as always. I embossed a matching holly  strip behind the main image and added a gold paper bow. A bit of sparkle on the ribbon and the berries and job done. Come and have a closer look.......

Pears and Mistletoe card

Good afternoon everyone, it's so windy here today, I almost got blown away have a walk today. For today's offering I have another DT card made for 'Beccy's Place' again using the digi image 'Pears and Mistletoe'. It was such a fun image  to colour, I glittered the ribbon in a vibrant red colour too. For some reason one of the squares doesn't seem to line  up in this pic....so please ignore that. Poinsettia Ornament card

Good afternoon bloggers, I hope you are all well and happy today. I have another DT card to show you , made with another lovely Christmas digi from 'Beccy's Place'. This one is called 'Poinsettia Ornament', I made a black and white card again. I also added a touch of red for a bit of colour interest also. ps. Number four Giraffe card

Here is another number card today,
up to 4 now ( very appropriate I thought
 today.....see my ps below! Such a cute image
 again from  the lovely Beccy of course.
It's available HERE, along with the others.
I coloured the image with Promarkers
& Copics and added some lines
 around the edge for interest. I layered
the image ( cut with nesties again) onto
a bit of striped card ( Pink Petticoat
 stripes). Then onto another 'dotty' card
matt. A few gems coloured to match &
a computer generated sentiment
 completed the card.

I have a little announcement tomorrow, but
will keep you guessing for now :)
ps. The new grandbaby may arrive very soon
we think, ...more pains last night. If he arrives
 today he will only get a birthday every four
 years though...it being leap year ! Just want to
 see him now though so who cares lol.
