The Flower Challenge #14 Reminder

Hi everyone, I am back today to share my Reminder
card for 'The Flower Challenge'. Our theme is CAS
this month or 'Clean and Simple'.

So minimal layers/embellishments and lots of
'white' space.

So many amazing floral cards entered our challenge
already. Do check them out and also my talented
teamies cards there too.

A very big welcome to all my latest followers too,
welcome aboard and thank you for following me ;)

Anyway without further ado here is my card....

Flower Challenge, Reminder card, CAS

 White Linen card
TH Water colour card
Foamiran for the flowers
Flower die ?
 TH Distress ink
Hero Arts Infinity dies 'Postage stamps'
Poppy Stamps 'Lovely Tendril' die
Neat & Tangled Clear Sequins
Twinklets Diamond dust

I made an A6 tent fold card and added a card panel
using my die on the edge part. I made a couple of
foamiran flowers using a flower die.

Sorry I have made so many now I didn't make a
note of which die I used. I added my flowers to
the card base and did a watery colour wash behind
 them.

After adding a leaf tendril I sprinkled a few clear
sequins and added those too. A few dabs of glue
and a smattering of diamond dust and my card
 was finished.

Here is our cue card below, please add it if
you enter our challenge ;)

Yellow and peach flowers card

Hi friends, a very quick post today. I have another 'Less is More'
card to show you.The theme this week is 'Handmade flowers'.

I made some yellow and peach flowers on this card. PP
sentiment and a few swirls and Spellbinders ovals and
job done. The oval sentiment is centred although doesn't
look it here because of the angle.I made this one a while ago,
hope it's not too busy for LIM.My mojo has gone atm. I fear.

Blue and green flowers card

Hi everyone, bit cooler here today but more hot weather to come
I see. Hope you are all coping with it, I am loving it of course :)

Today I  have another 'Less is More' card to show you.
 The theme this week is................................................

"For our THEME this week
we would love to see
Hand made Flowers"

Luckily I am really into making my own flowers and I came up
with  this idea . Hope you like it, quite pleased myself for a
change too lol. Have a great weekend whatever you have planned.
ps. My son had his usual bike ride around the coast he does
every year. It's 250 miles over 3 days, he really enjoys it,yet
another rider joined  him this time. He still has trouble finding
people who can keep up  with him .............well I won't be
volunteering that's for certain lol  :)

I used various punches and distress inks to colour them mostly.

Pink and black keys card

Good afternoon fellow crafters/bloggers/friends . I hope all is well
in your world today . I have a pink , black and white card to
show you today. I love that colour combo, I hope you like it too.
Quick tip below!!!
I wanted some bakers twine for this card and don't have any so....
here is quick tip for anyone who doesn't know. I cut a length of white
twine, then I wrapped it around a ruler ( cover it with tape first maybe).
I used a pink Promarker I  had used on the card image and drew stripes
along the string horizontally. I dried that with my heat gun then I was
able to add it to my card....job done !
ps. Thankyou to all who asked, our family party went  very well on  Sunday .
A great time had by all :)...now I am trying  to rest a bit more lol.Poor
Alex and Charlie both have colds though now....poor babies !
Close-up of bling in flowers, bit blurry as I just couldn't get a good pic today!!

Yellow flowers card

Good morning everyone, hope you are well and enjoying
this fabulous weather. Summer has arrived at long last! Just
had a lovely swim ( we have an above ground outside
swimming pool) , managed to get it cleaned and sorted at last.
Not an easy job, hoovering/adding chemicals etc. but we got
there in the end. We are expecting our youngest son and family
for a swim later and a bbq :) Just got time to add this card with the
yellow flowers on I added a tutorial for yesterday. Then I am off to
make scones for afternoon tea and more swimming again. I think
these flowers look far better on a card than they did just by
themselves do you agree?? Have a good weekend everyone
 whatever you are planning :)
