Splash of colour card (peach)

Good morning friends/bloggers, I hope all is well with  you  today. As it's Saturday yet again , I have another 'Less is More' card to show you.      I am CASing a card of mine I made a while ago. My last version was in  my  usual pink colour. This time I made  it in a nice peachy shade.Here it is, I do hope you like it.     Have a lovely weekend too whatever you have planned. Thank you for all the good wishes too, this horrid virus is going at long last and I am coughing much less now.     More below on health issues and remedies!     This week the theme over at 'LIM' is............      FLOWERS

My eyes have had a bit of conjuntivitis  but after using some  bicarb of soda and some tea tree it's much improved.     I try and treat myself rather than going to the Dr if I can. I must say I succeed most times, so I must be doing  something  right.   I think you get more germs or pass them  on by going to the Dr's with every little thing. Or is it   just me that thinks that's true ??    I have treated myself for ear-ache too by just using  tea tree oil. I wouldn't be without it now and all my children know to use it too.    Arnica is another standby, great for bruises. I have  given a large tub of it to my children too for the  grandbabies.      As you can tell I believe in using natural remedies where it's possible.Also it explains why I get called Dr Viv a lot too lol :)     Do go to the Dr's if you are in any doubt though, this is just what I do myself.        

Yellow and peach flowers card

Hi friends, a very quick post today. I have another 'Less is More' card to show you.The theme this week is 'Handmade flowers'.    I made some yellow and peach flowers on this card. PP  sentiment and a few swirls and Spellbinders ovals and  job done. The oval sentiment is centred although doesn't  look it here because of the angle.I made this one a while ago, hope it's not too busy for LIM.My mojo has gone atm. I fear.

Papaya card, earrings and lots of papaya stuff !

Today I have a lot of Papaya stuff to show you.I think I am going Papaya mad atm., must be all this gloomy weather.Can't seem to get out of all my winter clothing. Anyway first here is my Papaya card, I made itfor my neighbour. She has been in hospital and Ithought it would cheer her up to get a little card towelcome her home. I also bought her some lilies too as I know she loves them. She lives alone so I am hoping it will give her a boost. Back to my card....rambling again sorry! I used my Pink Petticoat digi papers again, 'Brocade' in Papaya. I made a strip then anotherwhite strip under that embossed with the dotty folder.Sentiment computer generated, layered with morePP strip. The leaf part is a bit I snipped off my newdie 'Memory Box, honeysuckle' . Also I made thesepretty papaya and orange flower earrings to go withsome clothes/shoes I bought recently. I fancied something bright to look more summery as I have been wearingmostly navy/black recently.Anyway it all started with thislovely scarf I saw ( see pics below), then I saw these trousers. Then I saw these shoes lol, well you knowhow one thing leads to another ! I won't wear themall at once, but I like the idea of a white shirt and the trousers then maybe the shoes too. The earrings Imade to go with the scarf ( bright ones) or paler onesto go with the trousers/shoes.I think they are a good match.So glad I am having a change from pink just now, I do buya lot of pink stuff.
