Summer Bloom cards

Hi there friends, I am back with a new digi release from RachelVassDesigns again. This time it's 'Summer Bloom', such a gorgeous  flower  it is too.

I made three cards, the first using watercolouring (I made a tall skinny card) and the last two using alcohol markers. See Rachel's Etsy page, links above, for all details of where to buy etc.

Old pump card

Here is another DT card made for Beccy over at 'Beccy's Place'. I think she draws some lovely digi images, pop on over and have a nosey at her other images too. This card was made using her 'old pump' image, available HERE. I made a get well card as I thought...well.......pump...get the inference  lol ??Beccy & I both laughed at that btw.  I used some white linen card stock, then added some navy card which has a kind of leather look to it texture wise. That was made into a pennant shape, then I used my nesties ( curved rectangles) to cut the main image with. I coloured the image with Copics,Promarkers & some coloured pencils.A bit of chalking around the image too. A 'Janes's  script' sentiment and a Marianne creatable die leaf completes the card.A big welcome to all my latest followers too  & thankyou for choosing me to follow !  ps.I have two  more DT cards to show you tomorrow.Then I have another DT card to post very soon with a freebie background &  some  freebie inserts for you to use with Beccy's lovely image.I will be making these freebies now & again for you to use with Beccy's  lovely digi images so check back frequently ( wink) ;)

Martha card

Here is my first card as Design Team member for the lovely Beccy
over at 'Beccy's Place' . It's a cute little girl called Martha, such a
pretty digi image,& it's available HERE. I coloured her with Copics
& Promarkers &  mounted the image on  nesties. I cuttled a quick
matt behind her and added a chiffon ribbon.I added some flowers
 I had handy,and punched some leaves, a few pearls completed it.
Sentiment computerized.Hope you like it, Beccy has some really
great new digi images so pop on over and have a nosey :)

ps. Bit of sad news today too, my brother died in the early hours, he had
been fighting cancer for a while, so at least he isn't suffering now.

Number five monkey card

Good morning everyone,& a very wet  & chilly
morning it is too. I hope you are all keeping
snug and warm and  will stay in your craft rooms/
spaces & make cards today :)
Here is another of my 'number cards' again, five
this time. As you can see I have made it for my
 grandson Charlie............. he will have to wait a bit
 though as he is only 7 weeks atm. lol.Anyway I used
another fabulous digi image from the lovely Beccy
 again, I think this is such a fun cheeky monkey.
 I coloured the image using  various Copics
& Promarkers. I used my new nesty shape to cut
the image and decoupaged the monkey's head, tail
& arm.A strip of  'bubble' cuttled card was softly
 chalked in a pale brown colour ( hard to see). I
 added the name using die cut letters, after colouring
 them to match.
A great big welcome to all my newest followers too,
I hope you will enjoy seeing all my latest creations &
 are not too bored by my  various ramblings :)

Baby card for grandson.

Here is my card for our latest grandson Alexander.
I made it a while ago but have just added birth details
 etc. now. It's a BOBEA digi image, such a cute one
I think too. I decoupaged the image and coloured it
 with Copics & Promarkers. I added glamour dust
also.I then cuttled a strip of blue card and added
the computerized wording.
Alexander is still in intensive care, may be there a while
longer too, more problems. His mother had low blood
 pressure also so she hasn't been that brilliant either,
 she couldn't see him until yesterday poor girl. But
 things are now improving hour by hour so fingers
 crossed all will be well soon.Having our first visit today,
 can't wait to see them both now, although it may be
 through glass for the baby yet. Thankyou for all your
 good wishes too,.....you are all so lovely :) Viv xx

Number three sheep card

I think this may be my favourite
image in these number series....
then again maybe not, I just adore
 them all ! The image is available

group of digi designs.I cut a card
using my large nesties and made
a matt with another of the same
 nestie shapes.
I used some spare yellow card I
had printed out a while ago. It's
a Pink Petticoat design ( Washed
 Damask) , but can't remember
 the colour now...sorry. I used my
nesties to cut a matt after first printing
the image onto card. I coloured it
with Copics & added some eyelashes
with a permanent marker too. I printed
the other 3 ( she kindly gives us two
 images , a single number and an image
 with an animal ). I used the spare
 number to decoupage on top of the
 original one. I added some glamour dust
( as usual lol) and highlighted the little
 stitches with a pink Copic.I then softly chalked
 the edges of the image . A bit of
organza ribbon & tiny pearls completed
 the card. Such a cute image, hope you
like it too :)
No sign of that grandbaby btw. .....I think it's
 just likes being where it is too much lol !
