Hydrangea card and another sea horse!

Good afternoon friends, phew it's another very
hot day here again. Not that I am complaining !

I have been busy trying to keep cool in my
craft room today. I finally made this card, lots of
'faffing'  about  too but it did get finished after
 several hours lol.

Over at 'Less is More' it's a recipe this time
 and...

'Use Something Tactile'

As soon as I saw this stamp I just HAD to
get it......well you all know that feeling I am
sure ! I added a few extra flowers on top for
a bit of tactile....ness, I know that isn't a word,
but it sounds right to me ;)

I edged the top flowers with embossing
powder, then added yet more texture with a
different embossing powder in the middle.
So lots of tactile...ness..I hope ;)

Come and have a peek anyway and enjoy
your weekend whatever you have planned.
I am just relaxing this time ;) Oops almost
forgot to say thank you so much for showcasing
my card last week over at 'LIM' ;)

ps. Here is the last of my sea horse paintings.
(See previous posts for the other two)
This is 'junior', ....well I just had to do a 'pink'
one didn't I lol ;) I have added a small pic of
them all at the bottom now too.

Hydrangea card & bookmark

Here is another DT card made for 'Beccy's Place' again.
I used Beccy's lovely 'Hydrangea' digi image, she draws such
gorgeous flower images and this is no exception.
I coloured the image using Copics and Promarkers.
Also a bit of chalking around the image.I decoupaged the main
flower head and added some glamour dust. I used
blues/pinks/lilacs,a favourite combination of mine lol.
I edged the lower matt using the three shades and also coloured
the gems, butterflies and silk ribbon to match .
Computerized sentiment.
Of course me being me I just had to make a
 matching bookmark too :)
Check out Beccy's other beautiful flower digi images, I find I use
them a lot on cards. She has many other fab images too of course :)
A big welcome to yet another follower, welcome aboard and
thankyou for choosing me to follow.
Have a lovely day everyone , thankyou for looking & any comments.
