I made my top fold card base then added another panel on top. I then stamped my flower and leaves around the edge and coloured them using my Flexmarkers.
I stamped my sentiment on a spare piece of card and cut my flag shape then shaded around it and attached that to my card also. A sprinkling of clear sequins and my card was complete.

The Flower Challenge #31 Reminder
Hi there, just back with my reminder DT card again for 'The Flower Challenge' today. If you don't remember we have a sketch for you to follow this month. See it below my card.
We hope you will try and join in, it's easier than it looks really it is! just use two odd strips of card you have hanging about.....and three flowers and that's it !
I decided to use blue and red for a change...not my usual combination but we have to get out of our comfort zone sometimes don't we ;)

Ok draw up a chair and come and see my card.....and thanks for the visit and any comments you may leave too ;)
Smooth White card
Glossy Photo paper
The Ton Wishful Wildflowers stamps
TH Alcohol inks
Versafine Onyx Black ink
Zig pens
I decided to use a few different colours this time. Quite a contrast I think blues, turquoises and reds but I do like it. I made my background like last time dropping various colours onto my photo paper along with my blending solution.
Once dried I cut my two panels like last time and attached them both to my card base. I stamped and fussy cut my flowers then coloured them using my zig pens. I used 3d pads to raise them up a bit when attaching them to my card base.
Please add our cue card below when entering our challenge.
You have until the 25th April to enter.

The Flower Challenge #29 'Use Your Latest Stamps or Dies'
Hi there friends, it's time for another card to share for 'The Flower Challenge'. This month it's.........
'Use your latest Stamps or Dies'....wow how easy is that !
Of course I have new stamps and dies.....I am sure you do too. We keep saying we won't buy any more don't we....then we share 'stuff'...then 'stuff' drops in our basket and before we know it we are at the checkout. I have tried so hard to resist...but let's face it...it's always gonna happen ;) it's our hobby...it's ok...at least that's what I am constantly telling myself lol ;)
Since writing this post I have made another card now so adding it first. These are stamps and dies I bought for Xmas from my dearly beloved. He said to choose what I like...so I did...and quite a lot of them lol....as you do ;)
I think Snowdrops are a good choice for February as we have loads in our garden and they are one of my favourite flowers. So delicate but they can stand up to such low temperatures too. It looks like a tag here ... but it is a card...see other pics ;)
Now for my second card here. I think I love this stamp set already lol, I bought the die too as I think I will be using it a lot. This was all bought just before Xmas I might add. I am happy to say that I haven't bought a single craft thing yet this year and we are 2 weeks into the new year already. Believe me that is a record for me too. (Update... I weakened on week four!)
I am determined to buy less this year and use up some of my massive stash of unused 'stuff'. Darnell ( Dee) you would be proud he he ;)
Anyway I am sure you are just here to see my cards. So here they are below, and of course.... enjoy your week whatever you have planned ;)

Sheena Douglass White card
Sheena Douglass Delicate Snowdrops stamps & die
Sheena Douglass Ornate Tags die
TH Distress inks
Versafine Onyx Black ink
Versafine Smokey Grey ink
Glamour dust
Permanent pen black
Promarker grey pen
Ribbon from stash
You can see the card better here. I used my tag die to cut a tent fold card, leaving the top edge out so it makes a 'joined' card edge. It was really hard to cut through it all but I managed it in the end. Then I cut another top part (cutting the whole tag this time) and attached that to my card base.
I used some of the other stamps from the same set for interest in the background. My distress inks were used to colour the card base too.
I stamped my snowdrops and coloured them and then used the matching die to cut them out. I curled the flowers then attached it all to my card. The sentiment was hand drawn as I wanted a fancy one and also wanted to try adding a bit of decoration to my letters too.
I used my fancy scissors on two edges and coloured the whole thing to match my card also. A touch of my usual glamour dust, a bit of ribbon and my card was complete.
Sheena Douglass White card
The Ton stamp 'Wishful Wildflowers'
Clearly Besotted sentiment
Torn edge die
AltEnew watercolours
Versafine Onyx Black ink
Neat & Tangled sequins
Polychromo pencils
I made my top fold card base then on another piece of card I stamped my flower image. Then I coloured my image and used my pencils for more detail on the flowers and leaves.
I did a very loose watercolouring around my image and all over my card piece using the same green colour. I cut the edge part using my die, then I stamped the sentiment and used 3d pads to stick to my card base.
A sprinkling of sequins and my card was complete.

The Flower Challenge #16 Reminder and slow Blogger comments problem
Hi there friends, I am back with a reminder for 'The Flower Challenge'.
Our theme this month is 'Spotlight Stamping'. Lots of amazing projects in our gallery now, go check them out. Also my teamies have made some beautiful creations too !
Also a big welcome to my latest followers, welcome aboard and thanks for choosing me to follow ;)
I just read somewhere (thanks to whoever it was) about blog comments taking a long time to post.....I sooo have this problem! I assumed it was just me but no it seems it isn't.
The best solution seems to be to change the way we have our commenting set. Change it from 'embedded' to a 'pop up' window instead.
I have done that now so hope it helps you all. See HERE for how to do it (in blogger) ...and spread the word...it may help us all !
Anyway without further ado, here are my cards .....I decided to make two ;)
Card 1
White Linen card
Bristol Board
Clearly Besotted 'Just for You' flowers and sentiment
MFT Die-namics Stitched Rectangle die
Lil' Inkers Stitched round die
TH Distress inks
Neat & Tangled Clear sequins
I stamped my flowers and stamped them again on another piece of card. I used my round die and then coloured the image using my Distress inks. I used 3d pads to stick the circle onto my first image.
I added a few random spots around my first stamped flowers. After using my stitched die on the edge of my card topper I stamped my sentiment and added a little inking to that also. I stuck my sentiment onto my card topper and stuck it all to my card base. A sprinkling of sequins and my card was finished.
Card 2
Smooth White card
AltENew 'Blooming bouquet' & sentiment stamp
Copics & Promarkers
Versafine Onyx Black ink
Spellbinders circle die
Neat & tangled sequins
AltENew 'Blooming bouquet' & sentiment stamp
Copics & Promarkers
Versafine Onyx Black ink
Spellbinders circle die
Neat & tangled sequins
I made an A6 tent fold card base, then made a smaller topper and stamped my image and sentiment.
Then I stamped another flower image and used my circle die to cut a part of it. I coloured the small circle piece and added some Glamour dust. I stuck my circle piece using some 3d pads, added a sprinking of sequins and my card was complete.

The Flower Challenge #15 reminder
Hi there friends, I am back with more 'reminder' projects for 'The Flower Challenge'. Our challenge is
'Anything but a Card' this month. Here's what I came up with, see our blog for ideas what to make if you are stuck. Do check out what my talented teamies have come up with also ;)
I decided to make a wine tag, a carton to put some chocs in, a few napkin holders and an easel type calendar/post it note holder.
Pink bokeh type digital paper from Etsy (old one from stash)
White Linen card (printed on)
Pootles.co.uk (carton template)
Napkin holders template (from my Craft Artist programme)
Flowers 'Classic Poinsettia' die Creative Expressions by Sue Wilson
Wine tag template ( from my Craft Artist programme)
Neat & Tangled sentiment die
TH Distress inks (for flowers & sentiment background)
Clear gems from stash
I printed the digi bokeh paper onto my white linen card. Then I used my templates to cut the wine
tag, the carton and the napkin holders. I made my carton and finished the napkin holders.
I then cut my flowers and painted them using my Distress inks. I attached all the flowers and then added clear gems to the centres of the flowers. I added my sentiment to the wine tag and the mini pegs to my carton.

White Linen card
Pink card from stash
Calendar (printed after googling for one)
Spellbinders Shapeabilities 'Layered Poinsettia' dies
TH Distress inks
Mini pink Bull clip
Silver pen from stash
Twinklets Diamond dust
Clear gems
Post it notes
I made an easel card using white card and layered some pink card slightly smaller on top. Then I added my printed calendar onto a couple of pieces of white and pink card as a backing. A simple bull clip keeps it all together.
I made all my flowers and leaves and coloured them all and stuck them to my centre panel. A few clear gems were attached to the centres too. I added a sprinkling of Diamond dust to my flowers for some sparkle. I made and added a piece of card to hold my pen in place. I added some post it notes to the bottom of the easel card.
