Geometric shapes card

Hello friends, hope your Saturday is going well
so far? I am popping by to share my latest card
for 'Less is More'. It's  'One layer' card time
 again and the theme is............

'Geometric shapes or patterns'

This is what I came up with, more
watercolouring and my favourite colours yet again ;)

Watercolour,Geometric, LIM, CAS
Grrr that pink sequin does match the pink, it shines more peachy from some angles though!

I used the negative part of a die, I watercoloured
through that. Then I added a few splashes of white and
purple. I ran it through my Happy Cuts machine using
 the negative die again.

This time I put the inky part edges facing the card  as
I ran it through to define the shapes again. I placed
it to one side for a shadow  effect. A bit of
stamping for the sentiment and a few sequins
and job done ;)

Enjoy your weekend whatever you have planned.
I don't feel that well today, think I may have a virus
of some sort. Sorry I am late leaving you all comments.
I will try and get on with that now ;)

super card, very inspired to use the negative as a stencil or opening to watercolor through it, it's fab

First Viv, let me say, never mind the commenting, your health is more important, you should just concentrate on getting well. Secondly, this is one beautiful card . . . your colours are my colours too! So very pretty! I love your explanation of how you did it and you have given a OLC depth and dimension! Get well soon my friend! Hazel xx

Beautiful Viv, love how you have put this together with your gorgeous colours.

Hope you are feeling better and not got the dreaded flu thingy which is still going around, it lasted 3 weeks with me.
