'Enchanting' silk jewellery set

Hi everyone, another quick post  again. Today I have some more  silk ribbon jewellery to show you.    In shades of blue this time, as always the ribbon is handmade  pure silk and hand dyed also. These will be added to my  jewellery website shortly, ( click on daisy in side-bar).  Hope you like them :)   ps. I have been so busy lately,so sorry for the lack of commenting ! normal service will be resumed from today I hope. So many card ideas buzzing around my head too and no time to make 'stuff' arghhh ! I made  the jewellery a while ago in case you were wondering lol.

Copper 'Bird's Nest' silk ribbon jewellery

Hi everyone, I have more real silk ribbon jewellery to show  you today. It's made with Copper wire this time to compliment the colour of the silk ribbon, (which is a rust & teal colour).    It's called 'Copper Bird's Nest', hope you like it. 'Make a Wish' silk ribbon bracelet and card

Hi everyone, just a quick post today. I have a  real silk  ribbon bracelet to show you today.In nice rich Autumn  shades this time. I hammered the tag and hand stamped   a few words on it. Hope you like it :) I will add it to  my  website soon. I made a matching card also. After  three  glorious sunny days we have grey skies again now boo hoo!

'Love in a Mist' silk ribbon bracelet

Good afternoon everyone, today I have more jewellery  to show you. It's a  bracelet this time, trying my hand at some hammering and metal stamping.I used a real silk  ribbon again and added this cute metal tag. Took me a  while but getting the hang of doing metal stamping /hammering now. The silk  ribbon is very soft on the  skin and it just wraps around your wrist where you tie it  and tuck the ends in.I will add it to my jewellery website very soon ( link in side-bar).  Makes a change from a  necklace or earrings I thought :) I will be back on Saturday  to show you  my next projects I made as Guest Designer for  'The Craft Barn' where the theme is 'small scale'.  See you all then !

I hammered this tag for texture then added a word  and some flowers using metal punches.

'Emerald Dreams' silk ribbon jewellery

Hi everyone, today I have more jewellery to show you. This time I have teamed a lovely bright emerald green handmade/hand- dyed real silk ribbon with some  dramatic black and silver. I hope you like it too. As usual I will be adding this set to my jewellery  website in the near future ( see daisy in  side-bar). ps. I have been making lots more paper flowers again, so more cards with them on very soon.Think I am addicted  now! 'Celeste' Silk Ribbon necklace and earrings

Hi everyone, we had more snow again last night, so another  3" or so on top of the last 3". It feels cold but not as windy as  yesterday , really freezing wind which froze you to the spot.It seems to be thawing too which is good, we managed a quick  walk again....but walked very quickly lol ! Right something different for a change today, more jewellery. I haven't made any for what seems like forever now. But......inspiration struck yesterday and I have been making new stuff non-stop all day  yesterday and today.  I decided to go upmarket & get some  beautiful real silk chiffon  ribbons ( handmade & hand dyed ) and  also some handmade Lampwork beads  too.So many talented  artists making them, I hope I have put together some nice  jewellery ideas using them. I have used some Swarovski  stones and charms etc.here,.... Lampwork beads in later pieces.  Anyway enough rambling, here  is my very first effort. Hope  you like them all as much as I do.My first piece is called 'Celeste'. ps. I big welcome to my latest follower too, welcome aboard :)
