Hi there friends, back today with more Reminder cards for 'The Flower Challenge'. Our theme this month is 'CAS', I love the look of a nice CAS card so they were a pleasure to make ;)
Our kind sponsor this month of course is the wonderful Martha from JoyClairDesigns. I used her gorgeous digital stamps on my cards which I was kindly given to use. Also a few of the DT were gifted digi images to use also.
Our GD this month is the amazing Rachel Alvarado from the rachelalvaradodesigns see her card on our blog.
We hope you will all try and take part in our challenge. Do visit our blog where you will see lots of inspiration from not only our amazing DT but also from all the beautiful cards in our gallery there too.
Okay so come and see my cards below......
To make this card I first made my A6 card base then made a digital water coloured background. Next I added my digi flowers and sentiment by JoyClairDesigns called 'Floral Friendship'. This is from the same as I used before, there are 8 stamps in the set btw.
I coloured my flowers using TH Distress inks, added my usual sprinkling of sequins (metallic navy and blue ones mostly) and job done !
Card 2
I made this card the same way as the first one, same digi stamp again, just using different colours this time.

Very different feeling to the cards, but no less beautiful Viv.

Beautifully coloured and designed as usual Viv, I love them, Kate x
Twice the lovely today, Viv - you've reminded me how digi-talented you are, too!

Two beauties, Viv! I LOVE the digi watercolour at the bottom. It looks so pretty with the flowers. Great watercolouring and fussy-cutting of your beautiful blooms, in both wonderful colour combinations. xx
Both versions are so pretty with fabulous water colouring Viv x.
Digital background too? You really know how to use digitals beautifully, Viv. Love those flowers in any color.
Your digital backgrounds look awesome as always and the shadow effect makes the beautifully colored floral cluster look 3D! So gorgeous!
ohhh my I do so love your cards with these amazing backgrounds, you have really nailed this technique then coloured your flowers to perfection. Stunning both of them.
