The Flower Challenge #39 'Use a Die'

Hi there friends, it's December already...how did that happen so quickly? are you all ready for Xmas yet? I think I am just about prepared now but there are always those last-minute things to do aren't there.

Anyway I am back with another DT card for 'The Flower Challenge' again and this time it's 'Use a Die'. In fact I used several dies here and also this faux letterpress technique see how to do it HERE.
We have a prize to give away yet again and this time it's Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps they are giving our lucky winner an e-gift card worth $25.
Our March winner Nancy Penir from Artful-Notions is our talented Guest Designer too, she makes such beautiful cards, do check out her blog if you haven't already.

We really hope you will all try and join us this time for the last challenge of the year. Also a big thank you to everyone who has joined in our challenges all this past year. From all of the Design Team over at 'The Flower Challenge' we wish you all a very Happy Christmas too ;)

Okay here is my card below, come and have a peek and enjoy the rest of your week whatever you have planned ;)

Use a Die, Faux letterpress technique

Smooth White card
Watercolour card
Spellbinders Shapeabilities Layered Poinsettia dies
Spellbinders Shapeabilities Twisted Metal Tags & Accents
Spellbinders labels 4 die
Crafts Too Embossing Folder Bringing
AlteNew watercolours
Leaf punch
Hero Arts Wet cement ink

I made my card base then cut another panel for the top layer. I added my ink to the 'flat' part of my E/F then added my card topper and ran it through my machine. I added my topper to the base card.
Next I cut out all my elements using the various dies. I watercoloured the flower then inked the smallest die too using matching ink. I did my inking by leaving the card in the die before inking it up to leave an edge uninked.

Then I punched a few leaves and added all my die cuts to my card attaching a pearl to the centre of my flower to finish it off and my card was complete.

You have until the 25th Dec to enter our challenge.
We are back with reminder cards on the 15th again.
Please add our cue card below when entering
 our challenge ;)
