The Flower Challenge #24 Anything Goes

Hi there friends, our long hot Summer has come to an end now (boo hoo) and we are into Autumn again. Just hoping for a nice long warmish Autumn now ;)

I am here to share my latest DT card for the September challenge over at 'The Flower Challenge'. It's an easy one this time and 'Anything Goes', we have more surprises there too. The very talented crafter Milla after being our Guest Designer last month has agreed to join our happy little team, we are so excited!

Also we have a PRIZE this month for our lucky winner, check out all the details on our blog. Please be sure to make flowers the MAIN image on your card also read our rules so you don't miss out on a prize this time too!

Anyway here is my card, it's my first time playing with the alcohol inks which have been sitting on my desk for weeks now! I am quite liking them too, so look out for more soon ;)

Thanks for any comments you may leave and of course.......enjoy your week whatever you have planned ;)

Flower challenge, AltENew, CAS, Alcohol inks

White Linen card
Black card
Glossy Photo paper
AltENew Rose Flurries 3D dies
AltENew sentiment
Adirondack Alcohol inks
Alcohol blending solution
TH Distress inks
Clear embossing ink
Wow Opaque bright white  embossing powder
Paperlicious Frosty powder
Neat & Tangled sequins

I made an A6 tent fold card base then attached my top panel after making a background using my alcohol inks and some blending solution. I used a straw to move the colour around also. Then I die cut my roses and leaves and coloured them with my Distress inks.

I added some sparkle then layered them on my card topper. I heat embossed my sentiment onto some black card then attached that also. A sprinkling of sequins and it was complete.

Here is our cue card below, please add it when entering our challenge.
You have until the 25th Sept to enter and we are back with
 reminder cards on the 15th.
