WASHI TAPE
"You can use the shop bought type or you can make your
own one way or
another. We know you will be inventive
if you don't have any in your
stash "...
Posting card first to spare you having to read all below, but
please do if you have the odd hour lol :) Handmade Washi tape
using tissue, d/s tape, stamped with tapestry stamps & use
of lots of naughty words :)
Thankyou C&J for choosing my card to be showcased last week,
so kind :)

Fairly sure this is a 'Day for Daisies' digi, I added the Wish sentiment & the star. |
Well panic set in early this time lol, as I am not a fan of Washi
tape . I did know I had some lurking around here in my craft
room. A freebie a while ago which of course I haven't used.
Hmmm but could I find it..............NO ! ( much searching and
muttering to myself )..."I must put things in logical places".
Tape should be with all my other tapes grrrrr.
So the only thing to do was to make my own. Let's just say it
didn't go too well..... ( understatemenet of the year) all that sticking
and trying to peel the back off flimsy tissue paper. Almost lost the
will to live!!! Anyway sorry about the rambling YET again, here's
what I came up with.
Do have a lovely weekend whatever you have planned ( smiles).
ps. Sorry I am so late commenting again , ( catching up today).
The cleaning and sorting ( almost finished in rest of the house
now....sighs! ) has begun in earnest ( whoever he is !) in my craft
room and as you all know ( insert much laughter here) that
isn't an easy place to clean and sort lol.
So pleased for my DIL as she has passed her GCSE in
Spanish and got an A ..........fabuloso....me gusta ! ( thanks
to my lovely friend Loli for teaching me a little Spanish too
mwahhh xx :)
It seems I have another unexpected big family party to plan again
here for thirteen of us for next week. Raiding recipe books
and racking my one remaining brain cell !

Viv, this is so precious! I think you might have back-to-back LIM showcases!! Thanks for the honesty about making one's own Washi - I wondered how easy that was and now I know!
Have a great weekend! I'm sure your party will be a huge success!! Hugs, Dr Arnell
