It's week 62 now over at 'Less is More' and it's a
colour challenge this week and they would like to see
Three shades of green
I stamped a leafy/flowery swirl ( clear Inkadinkado)one,
using Versacraft ink in (Emerald). Then I coloured some
of the flowers using some more ink.I punched a few tiny
butterflies using some vellum & coloured them with
sponged DI ( Peeled paint).I added a tag stamped using
Color Box( Evergreen) ink. A bit more sponging with DI
again to add interest. I matted the main image on another
layer edging that with the Evergreen ink again.. Another
of my handmade flowers , some glamour dust & gems
completed the card.
I hope you are all enjoying Easter ! We celebrated with
all our children and the new grandbabies yesterday, a great
day had by all. I am in recovery today lol, so much food to
make, an egg hunt and two babies to pacify...it all went by
in a blurr !!! I will add a quick pic of the two babies which
I was dying to see together in my newly aquired cot :) Only
7 weeks apart in age and the youngest one is catching up fast,
although the eldest is so long now....he will be well over 6'
they say.The youngest one has 'boxing gloves' on (as they
call them) as he keeps scratching himself.
Oh and after saying we would just buy two smallish eggs
for ourselves ( which we bought) OH surprised me with a
HUGE egg complete with chocolates and another huge one
& flowers from my children too. I deserved it apparantly lol !
