The Flower Challenge #37 CAS reminder

Hi there friends, I am back with more reminder cards for 'The Flower Challenge' again. Our theme is 'CAS'  this month and there are some beautiful cards in our gallery already. We hope you will try and join in as there is a prize to be won this time too.

CAS-ual Friday's are giving our winner a prize of $25 to spend in their store. They also kindly supplied all of our team with stamps too. Infact I loved this stamp so much I decided to make two cards. Anyway come and take a peek at my cards, I hope they inspire you ;)


It's also our 3rd Birthday over at TFC (wow can you believe it's been 3 years already?). Anyway I made this little banner so we can all celebrate the fact. We just love seeing all your amazing floral creations ;)

I made my top fold base card, then stamped and coloured my flowers on a spare piece of card. I attached that part to my card base , added a few sequins and my card was complete.

The Flower Challenge #37 CAS

Hi there friends, I can't believe it's October already! It will soon be the 'C' word at this rate...oh my!

I am here with another card for 'The Flower Challenge' again. This month our theme is CAS,.... so happy about that I must say ;)

We are being sponsored by CAS-ual Fridays Stamps, They are giving our lucky winner a voucher for $25. They have also kindly provided stamps for all of our team and our GD too.

I also won a prize over at 'Less is More' recently (thank you !) and so I chose this matching die from 'CASual Fridays Stamps' also. Do check out their lovely crafty goodies if you get a chance !

I looked again at my 'CAS' card and realised all the 'spraying with mist' didn't really leave any 'white' space as such. So I made another card, I will add it at the top now ;)....made in exactly the same way as my other card.

Jak Heath Royal Velvet metallic ink mist

I made my A6 card base then stamped my sentiment direct to the card. Then I stamped my leaves on a spare piece of card, cut them out and coloured them with my zig pens.

I sprayed my card with the metallics mist (it really shimmers)and then stamped my flower on some spare card which was inked using alcohol inks. I attached my leaves and flower using 3d pads to raise them up a little and my card was complete.

 You can see the shimmer a bit better here I think.
