RVD Ravishing Rose

Hi there friends, I am popping by to share another of the March release digi's from RachelVassDesigns again.

This is soo gorgeous too, am so in love with this 'Ravishing Rose' set ;)

I made four cards in the end, for the first, third and fourth cards I used the larger rose image and for the second I used the smaller rose.

Hope you are all keeping well my crafty friends ? thanks for the visit and I will see you with more cards very soon ;)

First I made my top fold card base then coloured the edge using my Distress ink. Then I made my topper and used the Spellbinders Venise Lace edge and 'hole' type dies. I used my distress inks to colour my rose, then I fussy cut it and added it to my card base.
I added my sentiment to a strip of spare card edged with the same DI as the card base.

For my second card I  made my card base as usual then cut a topper from some pink sparkly card. I used my MFT wide frame die (no name on it) to cut out the inside part. I then added my rose after first colouring it with distress inks and fussy cutting. I added my sentiment which was also fussy cut and a few sparkly pink sequins completed my card.

For this card I used a digital background in pale blue then I added my rose image and also added a soft coloured text image to my rose. I added my sentiment and shadows and my card was complete.

For my last card I was just playing about really lol. I added my digi background then made a punch from the rose. I separated by rose image and added it twice, once using the punched part and  some text and once with just text added. A bit of shadow and my card was finished.

See Rachel's Etsy shop to buy anything.
