White Daisy card

Hi there friends, hope you are all doing ok? It's been so wet here lately , three months of rain in one week in some parts. Our Summer bedding tubs are  all water logged. Hoping for warmer sunnier days soon and back to some Summer weather.
I have another 'Less is More' card to share with you today. It's a colour challenge this time and 'Duck Egg Blue, Plum and White' and I must admit I struggled at first. Hmm is my Plum more Purple looking now I look again...oh well at least I had a bash!

Anyway this is what I came up with after a bit of thinking! No idea why I struggled either as it's a colour combo I love lol. Enjoy your weekend whatever you have planned.

More kitchen news,... after weeks of planning (years and months of looking at 'stuff' too) deliberation and negotiation on prices lol, we have it designed at last. Phew! I can't tell you what a lot of work it has been sorting it all and choosing tradesmen etc. I have a whole file on it now for goodness sake!
Hey... I might even get to make more cards now too! I have also been super cleaning and sorting 'stuff' like I always do in Summer. I blame Mrs Hinch!! (for any fellow followers here who will understand).

Back to our kitchen again...I am pleased to say we have a date now and it will all start in the middle of August. Yikes, still filling me with dread. The whole kitchen is to be gutted (it's like 30-40 yrs old) so it will take a while but it will be worth it (I keep telling myself that at least !). I will show before and after pics (and progress maybe too) as it happens if you are nosey ;)

Right....sorry about the waffling... I am sure you are mostly here just to see my card so here it is below ;)...also sorry about photography.....lighting/camera issues!!

Neat & Tangled Rice Paddies stencil

A beautiful card Viv, I love your delicate daisy and pretty background.
Good luck with the kitchen, we had a kitchen extension a few years ago and the old kitchen was turned into a utility room - it was an absolute nightmare at the time, we were without a kitchen for about ten weeks but well worth it in the end.

Lovely card, Viv! Will be fun to see how things go with your kitchen redo (although I'm sure not very fun for you while it is happening!)!

Your card is so pretty! How wonderful that your plans are nearly done for the kitchen Reno. I know that it is not something I could do right now but I am sure that it will be worth the upheaval! Have a great weekend!

As always, Vee, you rocked the LIM challenge with this beautiful white daisy card with the challenge colors in the background! I'm becited and nosey so I want to see all the photos you want to share about the new kitchen! I've been there, done that, so you have my sympathy. I also hope you had my luck, because I loved (and still love 10 years later!) how my kitchen turned out! Hugs, Dee
