Pastel Thanks card

Good morning friends, a rather damp grey day here
today. I hope you have some Spring sunshine
 wherever you are.

As it's Saturday yet again I have another
'Less is More' card to share with you.
Today it's a recipe and....

"Combine any three previous
Less is More challenges
 into one creation.
Please note the numbers and title of the
challenges you are basing your card on!"

I die cut a few Paper Smooches 'thanks'
sentiments and stuck  them together then
added  a quick splash of  TH Distress
watercolours.  I added a few clear gems
and job done.

ps. I am doing a big revamp of my craft room,
boy do you aquire a lot of 'stuff'  over the
years!!! I am being strong and just keeping
 what I really really need.

I have a friend who will use my old stuff
and distribute to  various crafting groups
she knows of. Charity and disabled groups
mostly I think, so it will all go to a good
 home ;)

I am still trying to improve my photography!!
I am getting to grips with my new camera,
( I hope). Mostly out of auto mode now and am
using a  tripod ( yes OH ok you were right!!!).

I am waiting for a new lens as we speak.
Should be a birthday pressie really in August
but OH said to  get it now.(Oh I do love that man!)

It's been such a learning curve for me, so much to
 remember....lenses, white balance,f stops,ISO....
but I do want to improve as I go. Not there yet
but.....watch this space lol !!!

Wowzers Viv, love your fun posts! Don't know where to start with replying.
OK craft room sort out - I need to do it but there's things I can't chuck even though I've not used them since I started crafting - It might come in handy though!!!! LOL! Your photography ... is fabulous and no need to change anything. Your card - I LOVE IT! What a super clever and CAS technique ... I may have to CASE you this week! thanks as always for playing along and by all means pop your card in at Uniko (Anything Goes) if you haven't already done so and / or ATSM (Make your Mark). Have a fun week.

I LOVE the colours actually they are so you! love the fact you have layered the sentiment in the same colours, a fab card.

As for the camera, I used to have, 30 years ago an Olympus with about 6 different lenses, I LOVED it, then it was stolen out of the car except for a very large lens I hadn't taken with us. I did great photos with it, but have had 2 different ones since and can't get to grips with them, my latest is a Canon and I still can't find how to use it manually and sometimes it has to be, so I get rubbish photos.

This is fabulous Viv!! I'm working up the courage to do a watercolour background one... I have seen a technique called smooshing using some acetate... so watch my space!

I love that layered die look Viv, on this super card.
I could do with finding a group to off load some stuff onto, I really haven't got room to breathe in my craft room.
Your photography is stunning, I could do with lessons from you!
Thanks so much
Chrissie
