Anniversary and a 100th Birthday card

Hi everyone, more cards from me again. I have an Anniversary
card I made for my  BIL and SIL recently and forgot to post.

I made a necklace and matching earrings which went down
very well with my SIL I am happy to report.

She was even wearing this very shade of denim blue when
she opened it . As they were visiting us on holiday at the time,
she got to wear it that very day too.

Hand made flower

Sorry not a great photo!

Also a 100th Birthday one I made for my lovely daughter-in-law's
Granddad to take back to Taiwan with her for him.

Wow 100 years old ! and until recently he was walking up mountains
all the time with family. He is also a vegetarian like us, that
gives me hope ;)

It took me  well over 2 hrs to try and get the right Mandarin wording /image etc.
right for his card. In the end I had to hand write the sentiment.

It says Happy Birthday Granddad in Mandarin.

I hope you all enjoy the rest of your week, the weather is more
Spring like for us at last now & warmer too.

Beautifal cards and necless! Love the baby-pink and how it isn't too babyisch (is that a word?). The neckless and earrings look so elegant and the scene on your last card is stunning! Have a fun weekend, Gerrina

What a couple of really lovely cards. Thanks for stopping by my blog to comment. My friend is recovering, she had a torn meniscus in her knee in the end.

2 very beautiful cards, and so very different, love the jewelry you made too, clever lady :)

Admire your writing of the Mandarin too.

Isn't this weather the most beautiful it has been for months, makes you glad to be alive!

Wowsers, a hundred years old and still walking up mountains!! Actually, that's probably why he's lived so long. The card you made for him is beautiful Viv, I absolutely love the watercolour image and I think you did a fabulous job writing the sentiment in Mandarin. The anniversary card and jewellery you made are wonderful too.
Cheers,
Beccy
