LIM ( week 14) card 1

Week 14 now over at 'Less is More', the challenge this week
is to make a 'white on white card'. I thought this would be quite easy,
......hmmm how wrong I was.The card was made quite quickly
but then I had so much trouble trying to get a decent photo of
the darn thing grrrr!!!!! So apologies about the terrible photo,
also I managed to resize by watermark ( accident) and  then
had a terrible job trying to make a new one( quite forgot how
to do it). Anyway here is my effort  for this week........there
may be more..............then again there may not  judging by
my last effort lol.
Recipe.......
I made a square 5 1/2 " tent fold linen card as usual , then cut
two smaller squares using my nesties.
Then I embossed one with the small hearts folder. I used a die to cut the wording,
then glittered it with glamour dust and stuck in to the front panel.I punched some
flowers and leaves & added some small pearls to the middle of those.

Not sure this is a better pic and why did the copyright symbol get smaller again??

This is really pretty... simple and very attractive. I think I may have put the squares absolutely centrally, but it's just great as it is!
Thanks so much!

Super card Viv
I like the daisies along the bottom of the squares. Photo isn't too bad, easier to see when it's larger. It makes the daisies appear a different white, but sure they are the same
Good job!
Thank you

This is lovely Viv. I like the layered squares, the embossing is fabulous and I love the row of daisies. Your photo isn`t too bad especially when it`s enlarged. I take my photo`s in the loft where I have a velux window which is usually great for good light. Today however I was a bit late and sun was slanting across the card. I finished up with a huge storage box on my desk with my card balanced on top to get a decent pic. I think I also had to place it at an angle to get the light to show the embossing. Huh the things we do for our craft lol.

Hi Viv. I think your positioning is spot on and I love the way you've underlined your focal squares with that beautiful flower and leaf arrangement. I love it!
