Hi there friends, it's November now.......wow how did that happen...and so quickly too! I hope you are ready for the 'C' word soon, I am quite organized this year.
All presents bought (but not wrapped yet), most Xmas cards done now too. I find if you don't get started early it just has a habit of sneaking up on you ;)...anyway I am ready for it this year...just sayin'.
Okay back to my card for 'The Flower Challenge' again. This month we want to see 'Spots or Stripes' on your card, as well as the usual flowers of course.
We are being sponsored by 'Top Flight Stamps' this time and they are giving our lucky winner an e-gift card for $25. Our Guest Designer is our talented June winner Tracy from 'whoistracy', visit her blog to see more of her lovely cards.
I made some water colour stripes using a stencil and added these pretty stamps I haven't used before, despite having them in my stash for a while now .....so win-win !
Come and have a peek and don't forget to see what the rest of our DT have made too ;)

Smooth White card
Water colour card
Altenew Beach Towel Stripes stencil
Crafter's Companion Sparkle Garden stamps
TH Distress inks
Copics
Fiber Castell pencils
Little things sequins
First I made my top fold card base, then my stitched die to cut a topper using water colour card.
I used my stencil and painted some stripes, stamped and coloured my flowers.
Next I used some pencils and a Copic for shading and then fussy cut them out. I added my flowers and a few matching sequins and my card was complete.

With the fresh green stripes and pretty pink flowers, your card looks so spring-y, Vivien!!!
Watercoloring through a stencil. What a great way to make stripes, Viv. They look wonderful with your lovely purple flowers.
So very pretty Viv! I love the striped stencil you used. Purple flowers are always so striking on cards but I seem to never reach for those colors.
