Hi there friends, not a card I am sharing today but some things made by my very talented OH for a change. He has stopped making his little cottages for now, although he has a couple not painted yet.
This time he decided to make some pretty bowls. I love the texture on the outside and the lovely colours he has chosen for the insides too. He also made a few driftwood sculptures. They aren't actual 'driftwood' but he has taken bark off etc. and treated then to look like that. Anyway I will include a pic of one here also.
The bowls are made from a mixture of things including cement, (I did ask him but it got complicated when he explained the ingredients and process involved lol). They are quite fragile though so really an ornament. Some of them have a pearlescent paint finish too which gives them a lovely sheen. Further down are some shallow bowls he has made and a couple of lace ones.
Ok here they are, come and have a quick peek. Sorry photo heavy!

Fabulous bowls Viv, I love the contrast of the colourful insides and the white outsides and the lace one is so pretty.
You have a very talented husband.

Wow, your hubby is really super creative and talented. I sure could not find a favorite and bet they look really nice on display. Thanks for sharing.
Great that you both are so enjoying creative hobbies! The firsts look like flowers and the lace- ones look so fragiel and real at the same time! Hugs, Gerrina

Two artists in the house - does that work ? ;) Love the dark blue bowl - for some reason I immediately thought it looked like a bloom.
