Alexander's plaque

Here is another plaque I made for my newest grandson Alexander.
So you have some idea of size it measures 86 cm x15 cm., so quite
large really. My lovely talented OH made the background and little
frames for me and I printed the letters ( various ones I found which
looked a bit 'grungy' looking).I have added some acetate over the
letters so they stay clean too.  I didn't crackle glaze the frames this
time as I wanted a softer look to it. I painted the base in an antique
cream colour & the frames is a soft white colour. This should match
his nursery which is mainly cream/white.I just need to drill holes at
the top for some ribbon or string now. Hope my son & DIL and of
course Alexander like it now .
Better news on the baby front, they hope he may be allowed home
late on Sat night, fingers crossed :)
( No idea why there are large gaps between my words above !!!!)

The plaque for Alexander is awesome! Just perfect for a boy's nursery.

I hope little Alexander and mom are both doing much better. Was Alexander able to come home?
