It's week 56 over at 'Less is More'
& here's what they want us to do.....
'This week we have a simple recipe
for you to follow which is to use some
of those left over bits and pieces we
all tend to keep so this week it's
Don't scrap it !
I had a narrow piece of Linen card over
from the last card I used so that was my
starting point . I then looked through my
ever growing pile of spare card/paper( oh
my I have three large boxes of it now !!!).
I found this pale beige/green stripey paper
and used my (Marianne leaf die) on it. Then I
found a tiny scrap of flowered paper in
matching colours. I was so pleased at that
rarely happens I find ! I used my (Crealies
creative flowers) die to make a flower with it.
I edged the leaf and the flower with some
distress ink ( Frayed Burlap). I found some
chinese stamps I hardly ever use and stamped
Love, Peace & Happiness with them using
distress ink ( Antique Linen). A spare large
pearl I found on a bit of paper which I
coloured to match completed the card.
It's lovely and sunny here today, I hope
everyone is enjoying the weather & has
a good weekend.
ps. No baby yet !!!!!! :(
