Celebrate your day card

Hi friends, popping back with a second card today.
Another for the 'Less is More' challenge this week
which is a colour one and.....

I have used just those two colours this time lol.
Think I got carried away with that cute bear on 
the last one and used several colours ! Blonde/
senior moment I fear!

    Another super crisp and gorgeous card. Certainly put me in the party mood ... especially those CBS balloons. Love it.
