Number cards

Hi everyone, I trust all is well with you all.Sorry I didn't get around to commenting much last week.Explanation below !     Right onto my  LIM  card, it's 'one layer card' week again and the theme is................  

NUMBERS!

Hmmm quite easy I thought, thankyou C&J :) Anyway here

is what I came up with. I made two versions, not sure which

 I like best....well maybe the first one seeing as it's PINK again

 lol.

The wording says..... 'Time to celebrate'.

The wording says.... 'don't worry it's only a number '.

  ps. It was my  birthday on Thurs so I have been very busy  doing 'stuff'. I got a lovely smart mobile phone from my daughter  (she upgraded and gave me her old one, but it's only a  couple of years old so still fabulous)...............  plus a  whole years contract paid for & some cash towards  a new tablet ( Nexus) I want. I was gobsmacked !    She spent all one  afternoon  teaching me how to use it  too, (my old phone is an antique lol). I got cash from my  OH and my sons towards my tablet & a few craft things  also... woo hoo.    I had a lovely birthday, paddle and  picnic at the beach in  glorious weather. Craft show visit  next day &  a big family  'do' here yesterday as three of us have birthdays within a  few days of each other....... (still worn out lol).     We are going for a swimming/spa day & lunch out tomorrow with  our son, his lovely wife & our  beautiful grandson.Life seems very hectic atm.

Stork baby card

Hi friends, today I have a baby card to show you. As  some of you will already know we found out today what  the sex of our new grandbaby will be.    I am beside myself with excitement as it's a............. ......girl ! After having  two beautiful grandsons it is rather  special that we will get a pink one this time :)    A boy would have been ok too of course as I just love babies  of any  description lol but a girl will be so lovely. All healthy  too which is the main thing I think. With my love of pink I am sure you can imagine why I am so excited.   Anyway forgive all my long rambling post today  here is  a card I made yesterday before I knew. I made two versions, here is the pink one :)

Design seeds colour card

Hi everyone,hope all is well with you all. So excited  as we hope to find out the sex of our expected grandbaby  on Monday !    It's Saturday again so I have another LIM  card to show you today. This week's challenge over at  'Less is More' is ....................................    "The first week of the month means a colour challenge and this  month we have decided to use one of the fabulous inspiration  pictures from Design Seeds.  We really hope you like it !"
          I pondered for a while then came up with this idea, quite  simple but it is ok I think, you will decide though.
