Beach scene card

Hi friends/bloggers hope this finds you all well today.
Saturday again & I have another 'Less is More' card
to show you once more. The theme this week is .......

Sand

" You may decide to use the colour, the texture, scenes
of sandy places, sandpaper, actual sand... or
 wherever your imagination takes you."

A bit of tearing and distress  inkiness and a silver
charm and the card was finished. Hmmm hope I have
left enough white space!!! I may  make another later
 in the week.

Have a lovely weekend everyone whatever
you have planned, I am still Spring cleaning grrr!

ps. The pretty shells are some our son brought us back
from his holiday.

Camel card

Good afternoon everyone, I hope you all have this lovely hot
weather today. I sat outside for a while but it was boiling, so
I have come inside for a while to do this post.  Here is another
DT card made for 'Beccy's Place' again. As you can see we
are still on safari yet lol. This lovely 'Camel' digi image was so
easy to colour . There are another three images to come yet in this
series, an Elephant, a  Rhinoceros & a Lion. All such outstanding
digi's too, I just didn't know which to play with first ! I used PP
papers  again and also my ribbler/crimper to add a bit of texture
to the card.Hard to see though, it's the stripey bit which is
horizontal here. I used Beccy's uncoloured image which comes with
a matching sentiment. There are three images with this digi,
(as with all of this  particular set) a  coloured one, a black and
white one and a black and white one with sentiment.
Don't forget Beccy's August challenge too!

Giraffe card

Good afternoon everyone, I hope you are all enjoying this lovely
hot weather we are having.Well it's hot and sunny here atm. anyway.
Here is another DT card made for 'Beccy's Place' once again.
It seems we are going on Safari lol. This is the first of an animal series
Beccy has designed and they are just  fabulous.I love how there
is a choice of just a black and white image, a black and white image
with a quote and also a coloured version. I think these would be great
for the dreaded men's cards we all struggle with. Also they could be used for
children or just for anyone who likes animals really . This card was made
using the 'Giraffe' digi image. Hope you like it and I can't wait to show
you my next animal card  very soon. A big welcome to my latest
followers also, welcome aboard.Ooooh and don't forget Beccy's
AUGUST challenge everyone too!
ps. A big thankyou to everyone who so kindly wished me a happy
birthday/sent me cards/ ecards etc. for  yesterday. All my cards were
PINK except for one, my secret is out I think lol. I had a fabulous day,
lots of lovely pressies, a kindle and lots of crafty stuff mainly. We went
for a picnic at our fav beach and even had  paddle as the weather was
great too, followed by the obligatory ice cream of course. A spot of bubbly
and a lovely meal in the evening finished off a delightful day. Now we are
busy sorting the garden for our big  party on Sat, so much to dooooooo !
