Jingle jingle card

Hi friends, here is my 'Less is More' card for
this weeks challenge which is.....

"Jingle all the Way!
For this we would like to see some reference to any
of these things.... bells, reindeer, Santa, elves, stockings,
 presents, decorations, Christmas songs/music/instruments
... in fact anything Christmassy!"
Oh goodie an easy one again then! here's what I came
up with (see below).

ps. Not been a great week.  We heard that my
niece's husband sadly lost his fight for life last Sunday. He
was only in his 40's and they have three children too,
......... one only five.

My poor niece has also lost both  parents recently.
Her dad (my lovely brother)2 years ago, her mum (a
year ago exactly...just 2 weeks ago) and now her
husband too. Such a terrible time for her......

I am so sorry I haven't got around to leaving comments for
you all this week. I hope you will understand.I still
have this horrid cold/virus thing too which isn't helping at all.

Our court case on Monday/Tuesday (about our burglar),
just hope I am not coughing non stop as we have to give
 evidence....oh my!

Misty Trees card

Hi everyone, another very quick post again.
I have been making lots of digi cards today.

Mostly for friends or family, also for my
grandbabies too. Result..... I made  seven!!! why is
it either lots of nothing at all ?

I can't believe Lana will be
one in December too....where has the time gone!!

Anyway in between making those I managed
another 'trees' one..... and another also in
 progress  ;)

Yes I know....... it's simple but I quite like it !
I used some PP Ombre digi papers I had
printed out a while ago in a very pale grey
 colour.

Not sure you can  see here but it's light grey at the
bottom fading to white at the top.

I stamped my trees ( yes I know I know it's THAT
stamp again lol !!!)  using some Momento London
Fog ink. The sentiment was from part of a set,
stamped in the same grey ink.

Come and have a closer look........is it saying
 'morning mist'  to you ??

Good morning playmates, another week has flashed by
yet again. It will soon be Christmas.....Yikes I hear you
cry .........yeah me too!

I have done a bit of Xmas shopping and decided on all
my presents so I am feeling quite smug he he. Well I
do like being organized, less stress that way.

Full of a cold atm. too boo hoo,( makes a mental note,
stop kissing those grandchilden so much.......... and so
often!)....as if that is going to happen....I do aim for
the top of their heads now at least.

Those sloppy kisses spread colds etc.......make a note
 people...I have lol !

I have another 'Less is More' card to share with you
today. I am sure you guessed that already though ;)

Hmm an easy one then , thank heavens for that.
It also means we can do another Christmas one
to add to our pile too, win win!

After a bit of 'faffing'........there is always some faffing
involved in my cards lately...I came up with this. Hope
you like it.

I went with a sepia look for a change, cutting
the panels and  then adding some stitching was a lot of
faff. But had to be done I think.......now I am waffling
again oh my!

Here is my card anyway, come and
 have a closer look ;)

Merry Christmas Snowflake card

Good morning friends, I hope all is well with you all.
I have another card to share with you today.

I was asked to be a Guest Designer over at
'In The Pink' , what an honour wow ! Thank you so
much Christine, so lovely of you. As most of you
already know I do sooo love using  PINK ;)

The theme for the challenge this time is  KISS
( KEEP IT SWEET AND SIMPLE).

Just my type of card then.
As my usual style is mainly very CAS so of course
I made a very CAS style of card. Hope you like
it. Come and have a closer look......

Do visit 'In The Pink' to see all the
other fabulous cards the DT made and join in
 with the challenge too.

ps. A very big welcome to my latest followers
too,  welcome aboard and thanks for choosing me
 to follow  ;)

Christmas, snowflake, In The Pink

I used a bright pink card base, then added a layer of
white linen card. I cut a snowflake out of the white layer
before attaching it  to the base card. I then added a
piece or roughly torn vellum after first stamping a sentiment
on it. A star gem inside the snowflake completed the card.

This time it has to be a 'One layer card'

the two disasters which went in the round file lol...
oops I did !

Grey Mistletoe Xmas card

Good afternoon all, I have an Xmas card to share
with you today. This week over at 'Less is More'
 the colour theme is......

"NON-TRADITIONAL Colour
 CHRISTMAS CARD
SO.....
NO red, NO green
You may use metallics and neutrals but
please avoid any red or green."

Of course when I made my first card I started to
colour my leaves green and coloured the pearls
red ! What an idiot !!!......then I realised my
mistake lol.

I used grey and white for my card, hope you
 approve ;)

ps. sorry I haven't left comments for you all this week.
I had a few Migraines (vision not great) and was
 on babysitting duties too.

I will catch up with  you all today though. We
delayed our 'spa' treat thing too alas...but soon.

Enjoy your week whatever you have planned ;)
